Implant Restorations

Complete your dental implant with a natural-looking, custom-crafted crown, bridge, or denture.

Dental implant restorations are the final step in the implant process — the custom-crafted crown, bridge, or denture that attaches to the implant post and completes your new tooth or teeth.

At Grandville Dental Health Center, we work with trusted oral surgery specialists for implant placement, then provide the restoration phase in our office. We use high-quality, natural-looking materials to ensure your implant restoration blends seamlessly with your natural teeth.

What to Expect

The Process

1

Healing Confirmation

We confirm that the implant has fully integrated with the jawbone (osseointegration) before proceeding with the restoration.

2

Abutment Placement

An abutment (connector piece) is attached to the implant post to support the crown.

3

Impressions

Precise impressions are taken of the implant and surrounding teeth to guide fabrication of the crown.

4

Crown Fabrication

A custom crown is crafted in a dental laboratory to match the color, shape, and size of your natural teeth.

5

Crown Placement

The crown is attached to the abutment and checked for fit, appearance, and bite.

Is This Right for Me?

Who Is a Good Candidate?

Implant restorations are for patients who have already had implant posts placed and have completed the osseointegration period. If you're considering dental implants and haven't started the process yet, we'll coordinate your full care from consultation through final restoration.
